Home is where you story begins! Sardavia’s story starts in her hometown of Smithfield, NC and stretches across several cities and towns in NC.
Sardavia Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Social Entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. During her undergraduate years, she found her passion for advising, tutoring, and mentoring middle school students.
Acting on her ability to communicate well and build strong relationships, Sardavia joined Teach for America in Eastern NC where she served as a 6th-8th grade math teacher.
Sardavia found her true calling in real estate serving her clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives. She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. She is committed to keeping the process fluid, successful, and as low-stress as possible for her clients.
When Sardavia isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys traveling and educating others on long-term financial freedom.
